Trial Session Information
■ When can trial sessions be held?
We accept trial session applications year-round, except during June to August. Please select your desired date from the schedule on our website and send it via email along with the trial form.
■ Can anyone participate in the trial session?
Acceptance depends on the player’s soccer skill level and attitude. We welcome beginners up to U10, but U12 and older will undergo a selection process during the trial. We look for players who are eager to improve and respect others.
■ Where is the trial session held?
After receiving your trial form by email, we will send you the location and rules.
■ What should participants bring?
Please bring spike-less shoes, a water bottle, a ball, shin guards, and a copy of the trial form.
■ Are parents allowed to watch the trial session?
We ask that parents refrain from watching on the field or standing on the road. This allows the coaches to focus on the players, fostering their independence and concentration. We appreciate your cooperation.
Membership Information
■ I can only participate once a week; will the fee remain the same?
Our fees are uniform for all members. We generally recommend membership for players who can participate fully in practices and matches.
■ What happens in case of rain?
Sessions are canceled in rainy weather, and we will notify you via the group chat. Refunds are not provided for canceled sessions, but if multiple sessions are canceled, we may schedule make-up sessions on other days.
■ Are beginners allowed to join?
Beginners up to U8 and U10 are welcome. However, we may decline players based on their level of concentration, behavior, and interaction with others if these pose a disruption.
■ How much is the monthly fee?
Since league participation differs by category, we will provide detailed fee information via email after the trial session.
■ Can players who don’t speak English still join?
Yes, many coaches and players are bilingual, so non-English-speaking players can participate with support and mutual assistance.
■ I want to learn English for studying abroad but cannot join the team matches.
Our club is focused on competitive soccer and welcomes players committed to the team. For those interested in studying abroad from U16 and up, we recommend our "NOMADE STUDENT ATHLETES" program. Let us know if you're interested.
Camp Information
■ Can parents stay at the same facility as the campers?
We do not allow parents to stay at the same facility, as this can affect the atmosphere for all participants.
■ Is it possible to attend on a day-trip basis?
Day-trip participation is not available. We believe living together with fellow participants fosters valuable growth and ask parents to support this experience.
■ Can participants join from overseas?
Yes, around 30% of our participants come from abroad.
■ Is airport pick-up provided?
We do not provide assistance with visas or airport transfers. Please arrange these on your own.
■ Is there a sibling discount?
We do not offer sibling discounts.
■ Can players who don’t speak English participate?
As long as players are enthusiastic about learning English, non-English-speaking players are welcome. Our bilingual coaches and players provide support.
■ Is laundry service available?
Laundry is available for participants staying for an extended camp period. Those attending only a 4-night, 5-day camp should prepare sufficient clothing.
■ Can campers use mobile devices?
Devices may be brought, but we may restrict usage if it disrupts group activities. Otherwise, they may use them freely during breaks.
■ I’m concerned about homesickness.
Some children are independent and enjoy camp from as young as 6, while others experience homesickness even at age 12. If you’re worried, please talk to your child beforehand. Bringing a mobile phone may increase homesickness, so if this is a concern, we recommend not bringing one.
■ If my child can’t swim or I prefer they not enter the ocean, what should I do?
Swimming in pools or the ocean is optional. Please let us know if you prefer your child not participate in water activities. Younger children will wear life jackets, and you’re welcome to bring your own.
■ What happens if a child gets injured or sick?
For minor injuries or motion sickness, we won’t contact parents. However, if a child has a fever or needs hospital care, we will notify parents and proceed to the hospital if necessary.
